Is there either a way to make my text curve vertically, or to do it letter-by-letter but ensuring they all line up right? Because my kerning is off, don’t go by the length of the words, but rather by the individual letter size. The only way I can see around it is creating the text letter-by-letter, and attaching each letter to the path, but when I tried it didn't line up evenly. Resize the Inkscape version (in black) until it matches the Ink/Stitch version. This is a new sort micro-tutorial Ill be uploading in addition to the more elaborate tutorials I create where I cover basic functions and features in Inksca. I can get the text attached to the path, but regardless of what I do, the text doesn't go the right direction (thus far the best I've gotten out of it is from reversing the path, which puts the text right-side-up on the bottom of the curve. I'm designing a logo that needs to have text curved ("Howling Wolf"), vertically, along a crescent.
