Electric garage openers (in perfect working order, less than 10 years old and needing no repairs or parts). Used doors (must include all panels to make a complete unit, fully operational, no to very minor damage, rust, rot, no broken panes. New doors (individual panels or complete unit with all panels, new condition with no to very minor damage). Storm doors (with hinge piece, screen and window top and side frame pieces included is preferred but not required). Screen doors (with screen material intact). Patio doors (with full frame and no broken seals). We also accept the following garage doors and accessories if they are complete and need no repair: We accept the following doors if they are residential size, fully functioning and in good condition (no rot, holes, dents, etc.). Flashing & edging (new and a minimum of 4’ long). Plywood (usable half sheets and larger). Dimensional lumber & beams (minimum of 6’ long). No rotten, rusted, or deteriorated areas. Wood, metal and composite (minimum of 6′ long). Railings: interior wrought iron, exterior any material (incomplete sections or parts). Landing posts & spindles (full lengths – not cut off at floor level). Trim, moulding and millwork (minimum of 6’ long). Sheet (new, or like new, ¼ sheet or larger, clean with no holes or damage). Blown (new, only in original packaging). Insulation: backed & unbacked (new only, clean and never damp, rolled, bound or otherwise contained). Corner bead (full, undamaged sticks or partial/full rolls). Drywall tape (clean and dry, never damp). Joint compound/mud (unopened and not expired). Drywall sheets (in useable 1/4 sheets or larger). Brick and block (full pieces with no mortar). Adhesives & caulk (unopened and not expired). We are able to accept the following building supplies if they are in good condition and do not have nails or screws, as applicable:
